1. Pre-design
We will advise you in advance before problems with exhaust air treatment occur.
Having a long-term experience in waste air cleaning, we are able to make technical statements about possible emissions and the expected contaminant load in the planning phase of new production and sanitation plants.
2. Evaluation
For existing facilities individual analyses and the following relevant measurements can be performed:
• Olfactometric measurements
• VOC-measurements
• Single medium analysis
• Air flow measurement
• Air temperature
• Humidity
• Particle grading (particle size analyses)
3. Pilot plants
Performance tests with our mobile pilot plants will provide additional results for the dimensioning of big-sized installations.
4. Concepts of waste air treatment
For the concept of our air pollution control plants we refer to the principle of all environmental questions - prevention and minimizing of emissions at the point of issue is the best way of waste air cleaning. For this reason please use our experience in process management, exhaust air ducting, waste air collection and transportation. These steps will result not only in optimum utilisation of the investment but also in reducing operation and maintenance efforts.
5. Approval
We will give you competent support in drawing up licence documents according to local requirements like TA-Luft, BImschG, DIN, BS etc.
6. Project realisation
During the construction phase we will take over all necessary coordination and construction work relating to the installation of the new air pollution control plant, alternatively as main contractor or within an engineering contract.
7. Operation
Finally we won’t leave you alone when your new air pollution control plant has started operation. Our service team will guide and assist you in all aspects regarding plant operation, maintenance and supply of spare parts. We will also regularly check your plant and provide you with maintenance service if requested.
